Linen Design produces home textile and accessories from stone washed linen fabric. The products are sold in Estonia by an e-shop, what is managed by Linen Design OÜ. All finished products are designed by an Estonian designer.

The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of the goods from the online shop by the buyer (hereinafter the Customer) and the company Linen Design OÜ (hereinafter Linen Desing e-shop).

The content of the website is protected by copyright and the use of the given data is not permitted without the consent of the owner.

In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the e-shop are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter the LPA), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legal acts.


Products presented in the online store environment are all in euros and price includes 20% VAT. The transport price will be added to the purchase price according to the price list of the selected transport service provider. The delivery fee is presented to the buyer when the order is placed in the shopping cart. Product information about the goods are shown on the product display. If the price or product image is incorrectly displayed, then we have the right to withdraw from the transaction or cancel the order for following product at the wrong price. E-shop has the right to make changes with the prices.


Linen Design obliges to give the customer an existing or completed product and make it possible to transfer ownership to the buyer. And customer is obligated to pay  amount indicated on theLinen Design invoice for the goods and to accept the goods.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered in connection with the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible and the money will be refunded (including delivery costs) shall be returned immediately, at the latest within 14 days of the notification being sent.


To purchase the selected product, you need to add the desired product to the cart by selecting the appropriate quantity and color in advance. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate delivery method.

(The customer fills in the columns for contact details and / or delivery details carefully, because the accuracy and correctness of the information provided depends on the delivery of the goods ordered and the subsequent settlement of claims).

The goods are delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. It is not possible to change the delivery address later.

Linen Desing will deliver the ordered goods to the transport company at the latest on the next business day following the day of the conclusion of the sales contract. Generally, the products are delivered within 3-5 working days. Delivery within 3-5 working days is not possible if it is a special order. Goods are delivered outside Estonia within 10 working days (exept weather, customs, holiday  ect delays at destination).

The customer is obliged to review the ordered goods immediately upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies in the quantity, bad service , damage due to transport or other difference in the delivery of the goods upon receipt of the goods, you must notify us at

After selecting shipping method, the shopping cart will display the total amount that can be paid via the bank link or invoice.

Customer can fill in boxes:

  • Additional Info – Include your request, additional information, or an agreement with Linen Design for additional information
  • Coupon – Optional request to include a campaign code in the coupon code box if it is available during the campaign period

After checking and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the e-shop, the checkbox “I have read and agree to the terms of the e-shop” must be added. To place an order, click the “Submit Order” button


The contract will be valid from the moment Linen Design has received the customer order confirmation, the amount has been transferred to the company’s current account and the customer has confirmed the expulsion of the goods.


 After receiving the order buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days by sending an email to Returns do not have to be shipped using transport service. Linen Design is not responsible for return costs. For returning pack the product back into its original packaging. All original packaging and possibly labels must be retained. The cost of the goods is not compensated until the product has returned to our warehouse.

Not refundable:

  • If the customer has not used the product for any purpose or ignored the product care instructions on the laundry labels,
  • Custom made product – special orders
  • Product has worn out to natural physical use
  • If the customer has deliberately or unintentionally damaged the product

If the Customer has withdrawn from the Transaction, the Seller shall return to the Customer the purchase price together with the delivery fee immediately, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal request to the Seller. The refund is made to the same bank account from which the purchase was made.


In case of when customer withdraws from the sale,then the relevant provisions of the Law of Obligations Act applys to the sales contract and returning the non-conforming product. The customer is also entitled to inspect the goods within 14 days and withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of delivery.

The customer has the right to contact e-shop appearance of deficiency, no later than a year by presenting an invoice on the basis of which the goods were paid for. Defected good replacement / improvement will be agreed between Line Design and the buyer. Replacement costs are covered by Linen Design. If you have any claims, please contact us at to indicate the name of the submitter, contact phone number, order number and exact description of the product’s non-compliance or defect. We will respond as soon as possible but no later than 14 days.

If the customer and Linen Design are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disagreements arising from the contract concluded between the customer and the e-shop and to do so free of charge. 


Collecting  and using personal data

Customer’s personal information is only requested for ordering, delivery or sending a newsletter. In order to complete the order, the following customer information is required: name, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail and location. We do not transfer personal information to third parties, except for the purpose of execution of the order (example: bank and transport company). We take all precautionary measures (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer’s personal data. Access to data modification and processing is restricted and alowed only for authorized persons.

Linen Design is responsible processor for personal data and transfers necessary  personal data for the execution of payments to authorized person at the Maksekeskus AS.

Linen Design processes customer data to:

• perform contract with the client;

• protect your violated or disputed rights (example: transferring data to the court);

•  understand better customers expectations and thereby provide suitable and high quality services to customer.

• fulfill its obligations arising legal provisions (example: transfering data for investigation).

The protection of personal data is guaranteed by all legal security measures.

Client’s personal bank identifiers is secured by encrypted data communication with banks and e-shop has no access to this information. For more information, contact your home bank.

Storing collected personal data

By accepting with personal data  terms and conditions, then client gives promission to Linen Design for automated processing of customers personal data.  The customer can always withdraw his consent through our website or making a statement in a form that can be reproduced in writing. It is not possible to withdraw the application or consent backward.

We also use collected personal data to deliver costumers packages and fulfill our obligations to the customer.

Customer’s personal information is retained by Linen Design until the termination of the Loyal Customer Agreement. Data that is required to be retained for legislation (eg accounting data) shall be retained by Linen Design in accordance with legal requirements.

Protection and security of personal data

If a customer suspects that his or her personal information has been handled in a manner contrary to this privacy policy, or if there is a risk that his / her data has been leaked to strangers, give immediate notice. Only in this way can we minimize potential damage.

The Customer has the right to request the termination of the processing of his or her data, information on the use of the data and the transfer of data to himself or a third party in a public format. In order to avoid misuse of customer data and rights, applications may be submitted within 30 working days only in the form in which the applicant’s person is identifiable (digitally signed or personally signed by the representative).

The requirement to terminate the processing of data is treated as an application for termination of the customer contract.

All customers personal data during the use of e-shop visit and purchase is treated as confidential information. Encrypted data channel with banks  ensures security of the purchaser’s personal data and bank details.
